Overview
Total renovation creating an even flow throughout this apartment for better entertaining. Opening up the kitchen area utilizing the large foyer area to expand the kitchen. Creating better use of the bathroom space while not being able to expand the bathrooms, using fixtures that make it appear larger. Moving the second set of stairs from the middle of the room to the wall creating more useable space in living/dining area. While closing the third floor half wall with glass walls from ceiling to floor to create a second bedroom for guests.
