Kitchen Renovation: To maximize the space in this kitchen walls and closets were eliminated. The kitchen was then extended out gaining more footage. Utilizing the cabinets to create a pantry and storage. Reducing the width of the refrigerator from 30” to 24” counter depth and the dishwasher from 24” to 18”. This in turn gave more cabinet space allowing one to house the garbage leaving the floor free from clutter. The sink was moved from the corner to make better use of the cabinet in the corner and more counter space. The European cabinets created a modern clean look. Placing up lighting on the top of the wall cabinets giving the room a soft romantic feeling in the evening.
Knocking down the half wall and replacing it with more under counter cabinets for pots and pans in pull out drawers. The granite countertop was extended 15” over the cabinets to allow for eating and using as a serving space for parties.
