Kitchen Renovation: Custom made cabinets using quarter sawn oak and custom color.  To maximize the space in this Manhattan kitchen the original pass-thru was opened to the maximum by using under mount refrigerator and freezer. Caesarstone  was used for the countertops to compliment the cabinets and the red glass backsplash as accent color.  Eiffel Wire base a flat red seat pulled the kitchen accent into the dining room.   The dining table is made out of natural steel.

Bathroom Renovation: Staying with the same layout and keeping the existing tub, the rest of the bathroom was updated and a slimmer vanity and toilet were used to create the feel of a larger bathroom.  The tiles on the walls and inside the tub area were porcelain 12” x 24” and 12” x 12” porcelain tiles were used for the floor.  The vanity with a dark wood open base, Carrera  Marble for top with a white porcelain vessel sink.  Recessed Medicine Cabinet with heat in the mirror to reduce the mirror from fogging while showering.

Using a prefinished/pre-engineered dark brown wood floor set a dramatic/modern mood.  All doors are custom sizes and the stain was to match the floor.
